We are a registered Non - Governmebt Organization ( NGO ) in Delhi, India working
for the welfare and development of deprived street children, orphans, destitute women
and poor old age people. AFCR was founded by Mr. Ravinder Mohan and has been
working since 2005 through its need - based programs focused on access to eduaction,
enpowerment, food, disaster preparedness and resources, livelihood training and health care.

We aim to provide a sensitive and caring environment to street and working children and
other children, women and old age people on the margins of society. It seeks to dissolve
the barriers that give the opportunity to realize their rights.

To create a nurturing environment that can foster normal physical and mental growth of
street and neglected children, women and old age. To allow them to return to society
and eventually contribute to its development.

Millions of children in India are born poor and end up in streets. These children are
deprived of the basic comforts, live a wretched life of ignorance, pain and poverty.
But they can look up to a new tomorrow by providing themselves an opportunity
for basic eduaction, nutrition, health and shelter.
